Summary of Support Agent appointments
Territories
Recapping, a Blackbox territory is a State within Australia (Territory), like for example New South Wales. The appointment of a Support Agent to a Territory is not exclusive, but the number of appointments is limited to each Territory. Using New South Wales as the example, a maximum of three Support Agents can be appointed at any point in time.
Each State or Australian Territory in Australia is considered a Territory for the purposes of a Support Agent. Some States and all Australian Territories are too small to be deemed a Territory so they are combined to form a Territory, like for example, the ACT forms a part of the Territory – NSW.
Whilst an appointment as a Support Agent is not exclusive, the following is the benchmark for appointments across Australia:
Territory | Appointments | Comments |
---|---|---|
New South Wales (including ACT) | 3 | Metropolitan appointments 2. ACT and regional appointments 1. |
Queensland | 3 | Metropolitan appointments 2. Regional appointments 1. |
South Australia (including Northern Territory) | 3 | Metropolitan (including regional) appointments 2. Northern Territory appointments 1. |
Victoria (including Tasmania) | 4 | Metropolitan appointments 2. Regional appointments 1. Tasmania appointments 1. |
Western Australia | 4 | Metropolitan appointments 2. Regional appointments 2. |
