The Agent Console

What does the Agent Console do?

The Console sets out a lot of information for the Support Agent, such as:

  • Statistics, including the number of Advertisers who have appointed you as their Support Agent and their Profile listings
  • Income, both daily and monthly totals
  • Top Advertisers, their spend and revenue to you
  • Registrations, a weekly total for both Escorts and Centres
  • Monitoring Advertisers online
  • … much more

In addition to the financial and analytical information displayed on the Dashboard, you can access a range of tools to assist you, such as:

  • Tasks
  • Appointments
  • Side bar menu, which incorporates all of your marketing material and information

You will also have direct access to your Advertisers Profiles, Tours and Concierge services as well as to the My Playbox service if it has been activated.

Marketing

The Console provides an extensive range of marketing tools for you to access.  These include:

  • A database of all of the known Centres in your Territory.  You can search the list of Centres by name, or post code, or range, add or remove Centres and update a Centre’s details.  For example, by searching a particular post code, the database will list all of the Centres in that post code which you can then print a report of.  You can then use the report to target for Membership, be it by a telephone call or attending at the business.  The report includes the name of the Centre, business address and contact number
  • Produce a range of marketing presentations (or Information Documents as we refer to them as) to present to a prospective Member.  With a particular focus on Centres, you can drop a Centre’s name and address into an Information Document to be printed off to take with you on an appointment, or simply save the Information Document as a pdf file and then email it to the prospective Member
  • Select a Centre and produce an activity report which summarises all of your communications with the Centre

Overall, the database and the materials that go with the database are all you need to successfully market to Centres.
