Partnership opportunity

Agency Management (Australia) Pty Ltd (Agency Management) is looking to secure a business partner to operate the business.  The opportunity extends to include, subject to the amount of equity take up:

  • Daily management of the business, including the Managing Director’s role
  • Equity in Agency Management, including a controlling shareholding
  • Shareholder agreement to reflect the arrangements (if required)
  • Board representation

After receiving your enquiry, we will be in touch with you to have a short discussion about Agency Management and its objectives.  If what we provide to you fits with your objectives, then we will ask you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).  Once we receive your signed NDA, we will:

  • Contact you and have a further more in-depth discussion about the business and its objectives
  • Subject to the outcome of those discussions with you, provide you with an Information Document about the business, roles, equity and the consideration for equity
  • Address any questions you may have over and above the Information Document
  • Assist you to the fullest extent possible with any due diligence undertaking

Current arrangements

Agency Management’s present ownership is 100% by the the operator (Operator).  The Operator established the business as well as having put into place the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement (see what we do) with Blackbox Tech.  The business continues to be developed in accordance with the objectives set out in the Master Agreement (Objectives).  Those Objectives include:

  • Appointment of Support Agents across Australia
  • Ongoing development of brand identification
  • Continued development of interconnectivity between the BBT Platform and Agency Management (ensuring maximum serviceability for the management of Support Agents)
  • Further develop our marketing strategies and explore ways to promote our services and objectives
  • Service delivery.  Ensuring we capture the target market
