What is E4U looking for in a Support Agent?

This immediately gets both of us on the same page. We have some expectations of you under the Agent Agreement that we will expect you to meet. Those expectations will be borne out at your first interview. We will know immediately if you are not the best fit.  Equally, if the answer to your questions reflects your own beliefs and ambitions, you know you are on the right track.

Is this a franchise?

No. Under the Agent Agreement you are an independent contractor. Nothing in the Agent Agreement constitutes a relationship of partnership, franchisor and franchisee or employer and employee between Blackbox, Agency Management and you.

What are the expected financial projections?

Questions about expected performance for a Support Agent will help you better understand the time line you will need to work at. You can then build more solid goals and personal expectations – considering this earlier can help you stay motivated in your endeavours. Upon your signing of the NDA, we will be better placed to provide you with more detailed financial information. However, the Guide provides you with some expectations.

What is the return on investment as an E4U Support Agent?

The financial success of your business is heavily weighted on the time and effort you put in as the owner within the business operationally. That can be achieved through local area marketing, the Centre list being available to you via the Console, as well as training quality just to name a few.

What is the Agent Agreement term?

The period, or term, granted under the Agent Agreement is 3 years with an optional right to renew the Agent Agreement, twice, for an additional 3 years.

What will Agency Management assist me with?

Training together with marketing material, event support, business cards, an email account, business mentoring and flexible management oversight.

Where can I work from?

You can work from home or if you prefer you can work from offices. It is not a condition, under the Agent Agreement, that you work from an office.

What training is included?

A comprehensive training program for all new Support Agents is provided either at Agency Management’s offices (at your cost if travelling to Perth) or training can be undertaken online. The training is provided free with ongoing training on a needs basis.

Who will I be able to contact on a daily basis?

Agency Management has a dedicated team, to support you through the start up and ongoing daily operations of your business. It is in every ones interest to ensure that you are successful!

What do I need?

You will need adequate capital to cover the initial period, as well as the costs of setting up and running the business (to the extent that you choose). While not always necessary, previous business experience or at a minimum some sales and management experience. A positive attitude and must be willing to adhere to the conditions set out in the Agent Agreement and any guidelines put out by Blackbox.
