Affiliation – Master Agreement
Agency Management (Australia) Pty Ltd (Agency Management) is an Australian based business that provides, through its Master Agreement with Blackbox Tech Pty Ltd (Blackbox), management services in respect to Support Agents (Management Services).
What we do
The primary role of Agency Management is to:
- Recruit Support Agents and appoint them to a Blackbox Territory
- Train Support Agents on how the Blackbox system works
- Manage Support Agents with respect to Support Agents completing their obligations under their Agent Agreement
- Provide support and mentor services to the Support Agents
A Blackbox territory is a State within Australia (Territory), like for example New South Wales. The appointment of a Support Agent to a Territory is not exclusive.
Other services
In addition to Management Services, Agency Management also provides adult industry business support (Business Support) where a Private Escort or Massage Centre (together Advertisers) have not engaged the services of the Escorts4U website or a Support Agent (a person or entity appointed by Agency Management. See Becoming a Support Agent). Business Services include (see also For Escorts):
- Profile and Tour creation and placement
- Booking co-ordination, including screening, deposits and calendar management
- Advertiser communications, incorporating text, calls and email management
- Business advice, across a wide range of areas including legal, accounting, consultancy and generally
- Online marketing, advertising preparation and ongoing management
- Social media marketing, such as posting, content and replies
- Travel planning including flight and accommodation bookings and management
Upon the appointment of a Support Agent to a Territory, any Advertiser which Agency Management is providing Business Services to, will be handed over to the Support Agent (at the Support Agent’s option) .
