Agency Management (Australia) Pty Ltd (Agency Management or we) has a number of partnerships with professional advisers (Partner) that can assist with specific services or advice. Subject to your request, we can provide you with a brochure styled advice fact sheet of a general nature summarising your particular area of enquiry, which have already been provided by the Partner, or have specific advice provided to you in writing by the Partner addressing your enquiry. All advice attracts a fee which we discuss up front with you before proceeding. An area that has high demand, for example, is immigration law.
Legal
Private Escorts (Escorts) and Massage Centres (Centres) (together Advertisers), like any other professional, have obligations to meet under Australian law, such as their obligations to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), banking regulations and business entity structure (this applies particularly to Centres) to mention a few. Through our association with an Australian based law firm with expertise in these areas, we can provide you with general advice which is put out by the Partner, or where you have a more complex issue, we can put you in contact with the Partner where you can attend at their office or have a telephone conference for a free 20 minute consultation.
We are able to provide you with general advice, or in the case of a more complex issue, the Partner can provide written advice, in these areas:

- Business name registrations and related management
- Business structures, including company, trustees and Trusts
- Property law (for Centres and their leases)
- Banking law (overseas transactions in particular)

An important aspect to the provision of advice in this area is that the Partner has a good understanding and knowledge of the Advertiser’s business. Our Partner is an Australian based chartered accountancy firm with the required expertise to help your business in the areas of:
- Tax law advisory (tax return preparation and structuring)
- Tax planning and strategy
- Accounting and bookkeeping
- Forecasting and planning
- Succession and estates
We can provide you with information of a general nature, or where you have a more complex issue, put you in touch with the Partner. Advertisers have obligations to the ATO, so it is important that a Centre has an experienced Partner with the knowledge and understanding of how a Centre undertakes its business. This can only be seen as being advantageous.

In addition to our professional business advice Partners, Agency Management also maintains a relationship with a boudoir photographer. Uniquely placed, the Partner offers:
- 1.5 hours, fully directed professional photo shoot
- Private sittings including at business (Massage Centre) or your nominated residence (Escort)
- Fixed pricing – single shoot or multi plan (Massage Centres)
- Professional editing and retouching
- Multi formatted images
